As Conversational AI Lead at Onix, I manage 10 direct reports and own hiring, performance reviews, and coaching. I also build agents and review engineering implementations for production readiness.
I develop Python middleware on Cloud Run to integrate virtual agents with customer APIs and implement the custom logic each experience needs.
